Christine Zimmermann

My name is Christine Zimmermann. I am a body piercer, licensed nurse, certified phlebotomist and former A&P/clinical educator.

I started piercing at a local shop about 20 years ago. That is where I realized I just loved working with the needle, so I went to school for MA and phlebotomy. After many years I went back to school for nursing. I taught clinical for 2 years, then went back into patient care all while continuing to build my piercing portfolio.

After the pandemic I decided to get out of nursing and go “back to my roots!” I love being a nurse and helping others but I love piercing as well, so I am combining them. I feel that I can help on both ends of the piercing perspective, meaning I am confident with the needle to perform body piercings and have the knowledge of a nurse to assess and take into account what others may not think of such as past medical history, meds, and each individual’s ability to heal in a timely manner. I take pride in making my clients feel comfortable from start to finish and walk them through every step so they know exactly what to expect.
