Tattoo Cancellation Policy

In order for an appointment to be secured on our artists' books, a deposit must be received. No one gets booked until their deposit is paid.

We have a 48 hour *rescheduling policy* If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment so our artists have time to rearrange their schedules. Please be advised, if you are rescheduling, our artists are booking out a few months so you will not get an appointment right away.

If you need to cancel your appointment entirely, please notify us at least a WEEK in advance so we can arrange getting your deposit back. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive the refund back in your account.

If you cancel within a week of your appointment, your card on file will be charged for the entire tattoo amount.

We do not accept appointments after they have had to be rescheduled more than once.

Piercing Cancellation Policy

The full service amount is required to book. If you reschedule within 24 hours of service, the amount paid will be transferred to the new appointment. No shows will not receive a refund.

Policies & FAQs for Tattoos:

    • Make sure you are well - rested, hydrated, and eat a decent meal at least 1 - 2 hours beforehand. If your appointment is a full or half day session please bring snacks and drinks.

    • Make sure to wear or bring comfortable, loose clothing that will not restrict the area that will be getting tattooed.

    • Make sure to bring anything to keep you occupied including a book, magazines, headphones for music etc. The artist will have a TV with Netflix if interested. Please do not count on the artist to keep you occupied during your session.

    • You will need a proper ID. This includes any form of government - issued ID that has a photo and a birthdate, and is valid.

    • If you do not have sufficient ID, we cannot proceed with your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.

    • You must be 18 years or older, we will not be tattooing minors not even with Parental consent.

Policies & FAQs for Piercings:

    • Make sure you are well-rested, and eat a decent meal at least 1-2 hours beforehand.

    • We have water and glucose tablets available for you, but feel free to also bring a drink or snack in case you feel faint! Most fainting spells are because of low blood sugar, not pain.

    • If you are getting an 18+ piercing, make sure to wear or bring comfortable, loose clothes with you just in case.

    • For adults (18 and over) you will need a proper ID. This includes any form of government-issued ID that has a photo and a birthdate, and is valid.

    • For minors 6-17, you MUST bring either a state ID, passport, birth certificate, or Driver’s permit/license if applicable for the minor, as well as a valid ID for the guardian. If your last names/addresses do not match on your documents, we must have the birth certificate. If a legal guardian is signing, we must have the guardianship paperwork.

    • If you do not have sufficient ID, we cannot proceed with your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.

  • In order for us to accommodate the rest of our clients for the day, we cannot proceed with a piercing appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. Your deposit will not be refunded and you may need to leave another one to reschedule.

    • We will be following the Town of Westport guidelines for Covid. If you have any symptoms around the time of your appointment please reschedule.

    • We ask that you bring a face mask and it must be worn properly over the nose and mouth until instructed otherwise if you are unvaccinated.

    • We are only allowing ONE person to accompany the client in the piercing room at this time; for minors this would be their parent or legal guardian signing for them.

    • We can do any piercing on the lobe for infants and minors.

    • For any nipple piercing, you MUST be 18+.

    • Any piercing considered intimate or “exotic” (nipples) is highly illegal and considered sexual assault for us to perform on anyone under 18, even with a parent ID.

    • Depending on the piercing you want, your anatomy may not be suited to have the piercing heal successfully. If that is the case, we can always do something else! Make sure to always have a backup piercing in mind just to be safe.

    • We will not be able to pierce you AT ALL if you are:

    -Drunk/ Under the influence of any Drug

    -Pregnant

    -Sick

    -Don’t have proper ID

    -If you are verbally/physically abusive to staff

    • Tips are never expected, but always appreciated. Body artists are service workers like your hair stylists, nail techs, waitresses and delivery drivers. The same tipping scale you may use for them, works for us too!

    • We recommend not bringing your children to your appointment, as we would like to be as focused on you, the client, as possible.

    • The entrance to the piercing room is three feet wide, the piercing chair is about two and a half feet off the ground and has a weight limit of 600 pounds.

    • The studio is on the second floor of the building, and we currently do not have an elevator system in place. We have 19 stairs before accessing our studio.

    • If any specific assistance is needed please let us know before your appointment so we can do our best to make your experience as comfortable as possible.

    • If your child has sensory issues, be sure that they are 100% enthusiastically ready to get pierced. The experience can be a bit harrowing for little ones, so have a talk with them and make sure they are ready.

    • Our waiting room is warm and inviting, while our piercing room is very minimal to avoid overstimulation. We have a speaker in the room where we can play music if you would like, and the room itself is private with a door to block out noise from the other artists.

    • Our consent policy is that if a child says “No” or otherwise does not want to continue with the appointment, we will not force them to go ahead and get pierced. The comfort of the child comes first. Your deposit can be refunded in this instance.

    • No, feel free to come in and browse! However, if you need to have the jewelry put in for you, we may not have time right that moment. If you think you’ll need to have it changed by a professional, we highly recommend booking a jewelry change appointment.

    • Most piercings are comparable to popping a sensitive pimple or waxing a sensitive hair. It’s not painless, but it’s also not the worst thing. The pinch only lasts for a moment, then the pressure is released and it's over. Done the right way by a skilled piercer, you will be pleasantly surprised at how easy the experience is!

    • We pride ourselves on carrying only the highest quality of implant-grade titanium and gold, as well as our commitment to sterilization and safety. We cannot guarantee the material and quality of your own jewelry, as well as if it's ever been used before, so we will not pierce you with jewelry you bring to your appointment.

    • Our jewelry ranges from simple titanium to decorative 14kt gold, so you have plenty of options to choose from for any price range.

    • Implant-grade titanium studs range from $30-$150, depending on how decorative the individual piece is. That price includes the titanium post (backing) ($15-$20). Rings range from $20-$230.

    • 14kt gold stud styles range from $80-$250, also depending on the intricacy of the piece. This price includes the titanium post (backing) ($15-$20). 14kt gold posts can be ordered upon request, although would be an extra charge. 14kt gold rings range from $65-$400+ depending on the piece.

    • Our jewelry is only the highest quality from brands Anatometal, LeRoi, Neometal, People’s, BVLA, Junipurr, Buddha Jewelry Organics, and more. We also take custom orders from any APP-approved jewelry manufacturer.

    • Body jewelry is NOT returnable or exchangeable once it leaves the studio.

    • We do accept walk-ins, but we cannot guarantee you will be taken right away. We highly recommend booking an appointment so your time is yours and yours only, and you won’t have to wait to be seen!
