My name is Brooke Kalynn and I am an oil painter, tuxedo cat mom, and aspiring tattoo artist from North Carolina.

My personal artistic practice derives from the idea of growth and decay in the natural world mirroring interpersonal change. I spent a large portion of my young adult years living in the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains, and the rivers and forests there shaped me into who I am today.

I am a stronger, and more confident woman because of the women around me. It is a beautiful experience to be able to work with Rebel & Rose, and to be able to represent this unique and inspiring studio through fulfilling my apprenticeship under Amanda Mas.
